Mike Singer is a principal in the firm of Michael J. Singer and Company, which he founded in 1970.  His practice concentrates on the special problems of small businesses, primarily in taxation.  He is a member of the IRS Practice & Procedures, Individual Taxation and State and Local Tax Committees for the ICPAs, and is also a member of the Illinois Department of Revenue Processing Advisory Board . He has received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the Illinois CPA Society.  Mike wants you to join him in a discussion of Ethics

Mike will present a code of ethics and conduct as well as Internal Revenue Service Circular 230 which will cover the tax aspects of ethics.
