Description
Persons who are employees of Regular or Life members and who own no more than 5% of a firm
Persons of good moral character and possessing an interest in accountancy as an employee of an Accredited, Regular or Life member in good standing of the Independent Accountants Association of Illinois, may be admitted as an Employee member. An employee may not be a principal, partner or owner of more than 5% of a firm.
